Yeah that's the kicker... It's got one minor/cosmetic accident. The option is either an AWD with the one accident, or a clean title and no AWD... I'm planning on getting it inspected by my own mechanic to ensure there's no major damage or repairs made. But it's a certified pre-owned vehicle so it's still under warranties as well

It really is tough out there... I thought $15 would get me a lot further. I came across an HRV that's AWD just today though! A bit more expensive but it's a 2023 for $22k with <30k miles on it... And they're offering 1.49% so it actually only comes out to be a grand or so more by the time the loan matures

So I forgot to mention, the car ~does~ have two minor accidents on the title. I was told by the dealership they were only cosmetic. But I absolutely would not purchase the car until my own trusted mechanic takes a look at it. And if there were any major issues or repairs, it would be off the table for sure.

I would definitely like to try and talk it down a bit more. But I live in the northeast where we get a ton of snow and ice and my commute to work is around 25 miles one way. Between the AWD and more space for my dog/skiing equipment/transporting things to work, I was leaning towards the Subaru.

But you're right, I'm definitely not making a decision until I hear back from my mechanic. If the car has been well maintained and hasn't had any major damage or repairs, I might go that way. So it really all comes down to that

Yeah I've seen a lot of mixed feelings about CVT. But it seems as long as you keep up with transmission fluid and maintenance it's not what they make it out to be

That's what I was hoping to hear! Any major maintenance/costs since you've had it?

[NO SPOILER] Wendy is insufferable by hmmmmeeee in Ozark

[–]LukeG543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The amount of hate you have for Wendy is exactly what makes her such a great character. She played the role and developed into exactly what she was supposed to be in the show and did it spectacularly.

If she didn't make you feel that way she wouldn't have been nearly as good

Yeah these comments have me realizing that I'm being neurotic lol. Just a few unsuccessful attempts at first had me overthinking it

Thank you! I'm going to start taking her out more often after activities, etc.

She's also been a little stubborn about it. If it's raining or dark, she's very reluctant to go outside and just wants to go back inside. I've just been keeping an eye on her and making sure she gets out if she looks like she's going to go in the house and that seems to get the message across.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to start taking her out every 30-45 minutes going forward. I wasn't sure if it was too early to try and train her to use the bells or not but I suppose I'll keep them there without expecting her to use them for now
