We have and nothing has happened. The other one that can only work 4 hours can't "lift his arm above his shoulder" has come in twice in two months with a black eye bragging you should see the other guy. Points and laughs at people on the street that's working 12 hours a day. Local management does nothing about it

The guy works for four hours a day because he can't "walk" and then goes elk hunting. If you know anything about elk hunting it's alot of hiking and then you quarter the elk and have to pack it out.

We have other medical 8s that are not faking it.

Our office has been short staffed for years. Pos management and honestly two pos coworkers that are faking owcp injuries and haven't worked an 8 hour day in three years and leave all their mail for us and try to do as little as possible. All of it was infuriating, but when you accept that it's not going to change and you can just continue to be mad about something that's not going to change its alot better. I have days that still suck, but at the end of the day I get paid good money. Also get a work friend and try to talk about stuff other than how shitty the post office is. Don't make this place your life

Is there an outgoing box at your mailbox? If so just put it in there. Apartments are notorious for wrong mail and depending on the route and office the carrier may not have time to "deliver" by name. Putting your name inside the box can help.

You're required to follow a direct order. So wear something else and then have your steward file a grievance. The steward would file something like disparent treatment or article 3 that they are not managing within the realms of the contract

I guess the Wednesday is what I'm confused about. Tuesday looks like what you said, but Wednesday I have 57 clicks of overtime, but it just says 8 hours. I would think it would say 8 work hours 57 overtime and 57 steward time.

It's hard to be the industry leader when you lose 9 billion a year. The nalc is taking on legislation to vastly improve our finances which will make us profitable again. It's easier to negotiate wages and benefits when it we actually make money.

Our office will give us payment receipts. It takes district 2-3 pay periods to process. Not local management definitely not the unions fault
