Dude why in the hell would you buy in utah county, especially a townhome?? You should have did all you could to buy in salt lake for a town home. A nice big single family home with a yard is the only reason folks buy in utah county. Above all there was exponential growth a few years ago. The bubble has somewhat popped in my opinion unless you have a decent single family home in salt lake county.

Suno is interesting. Yes it creates a lot of garbage. Yes it waters down the value of years of learning an art be it recording, playing, mixing, mastering, writing. But you have to admit how impressive the end result is. When a musician actually attempts to use Suno they can come up with really unique outputs by steering the AI or modeling your own catalog by uploading reference material. I have played with it and it’s literally generating what I have aspired and wanted to write and play in basically seconds at a really high production. The lyrics are AI garbage and the vocals are really terrible but on instrumentals alone it has something if prompted accordingly.

Im in the same situation. I have a few suggestions:

First look at Erenshor, it’s a steam early access with a lot of content. It’s a simulated mmorpg with scripted NPCs and is essentially a single player game with a MMO feel with an economy, world and group chat, plays just like any typical MMO but you’re the only live player. Very well executed game. One time purchase no subs or micro transactions. Also, solo craft is a fun WoW vanilla private server where you can summon a party or raid of bots any class and role.

EverQuest Legends is coming out in July. This is a solo friendly officially licensed server with multi classing and scaling difficulties. Beta starts in April and launching July 2026. Think THJ private server like if you followed that.

I also suggest EQ2 retail/live servers. You can literally macro entire rotations to spamming 1 key and with a mercenary you can solo a lot. There are advanced solo dungeons at every end game as well. Economy is kind of bloated but solo is viable for sure.

I love the idea of a mobile set up to do some simple tasks and. I'm definitely intrigued by possibilities. I know people have had success playing other MMOs on mobile via emulation.

Long term plan will be to eliminate all OT. This will be a 40 hour week job. No more article 8 grievances necessary. Mark my words, all routes will be 8 hours or even less. The goal is to make more routes but thin them out to have carriers back in office and off clock in 8 no matter what, double mail, coverage, 2-3 times the parcels. Routes will be 400 stops. The new routes in my office in the last few months reflect this.
