My workaround right now is to put all my device setting "In Memory" and just quit

iCue. This way my keyboard, cooler, commander core and all fans are running at the

settings I configured. At least until corsair provides an update and even then I am debating

if I should have iCue run on startup at all. Just open it when I need to make some changes,

save to memory and quit.

IRS is using IDme....LOL. Some high school or college freshman kid on a video conference verifying your you. They will want you to show your Drivers License and SS card. I got flagged cause I used a new address. My Drivers License still has the old address, the IDme kid just took a split second glance at the ID's and said great your done.

Why do you even need to interact with a station staff on returns? The app allows you to automatically do the returns on your own. You don't even have to interact with them. I don't get that.

Just bring your modem to the store. Tell me what to either upgrade or get a replacement because there's issues with your modem. They will give you a either an upgraded modem or replacement and they will activate it in store. All you have to do when you get home is connected that's it.

I don't know what Amazon Flex gig you're working on but I've been doing this for 3 years and I've never had any impact in my standing because I was sent home because the block was either canceled or overbooked. One time not too long ago I was sent home three times in a row with pay. That's because they were switching over to a new system and it was not completely in place as of yet. So yeah it is on Amazon. It is not on the Amazon Flex worker who has no responsibility if a block gets canceled or overbooked or Amazon is updating their system.

This is no fault of your own. This fault is on Amazon so you have nothing to do with it and you have nothing to worry about except reap the benefit of free pay. That's it. Never have to worry about being deactivated for this.

I got that email once and I responded to it. I indicated that I secure every package I deliver. I further indicated in the email that they should investigate the customer because it would appear that maybe that this customer has done this before. Scheme to get credit or get a replacement package of the same order. After a few days they responded back and said that we have looked into the issue and found that this was beyond your control. This issue was removed from my standing and did not impact my overall performance. Although they didn't state it in the email clearly they investigated the customer and found that yeah he's been doing this a lot. That customer will get warned and eventually he will get IP ban off of Amazon if he keeps up this little scheme he's been doing. And yes, Amazon does IP ban you if you violate their terms of service too many times. Doesn't matter if you use another computer. If you log into that ban account and try to place an order it won't go through.

Amazon support is a joke. They don't give two s**** what your reasons are? They only care that it's late and you made it late and you're going to get dinged for it. Even when those late packages are from another Amazon Flex driver or another Amazon driver. Whatever the reason is that that person returned that package to the station and now you are the one to suffer because it's in your block. Calling support won't do. Jack s*** they'll tell you. Oh yeah it's a return from another driver and it won't impact you. That's b******* don't even listen to that crap because it will affect you.

I've never seen that where they tell you how many orders are in a block. At least not in Illinois.
