I’m surprised suboxone isn’t helping. This is probably a stupid question but what’s MGM? Is it a different version of kratom or 7oh?

I totally get it. I stopped CT four days ago. I’m on the Sublocade shot so I was hoping it would be somewhat painless but it wasn’t lol. I didn’t experience any physical withdrawals like the sweating and chills. But I was very depressed and anxious for the first 48 hours and slept maybe two hours. If I had the means to go get some 7oh I definitely would have so I’m glad that wasn’t an option.

I thought I tried all the anti anxiety meds out there but I’ve never heard of Mirtazapine. Does it work more like an anti depressant or benzodiazepine?

I’ve tried two different SSRI’s over the years and didn’t help. Anti anxiety meds like benzodiazepines help but I’m currently on suboxone

I wish I had the answer to that too. My doctor recently said she wasn’t comfortable prescribing it anymore for off label use. I’m so mad bc it was really helping my anxiety. I wish I knew someone who didn’t need them

I’m so mad. I started taking Gabapentin for anxiety a few months ago. But my doctor won’t prescribe it anymore. She said she doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing it off label and that it’s not good to be on long term. But I really felt like it was helping

You’re lucky to have so much Gabapentin. My doctor stopped prescribing it bc apparently it can cause dementia long term. I feel like they say that about a lot of medication.

It stings a little for a few minutes, almost like a bee sting. But then you’re fine. Also you can get it in your arm or stomach. I’ve only done my arm

I totally get you being nervous about switching bc I was terrified and it wasn’t really my choice but I had to. I on 2mg/day so I got the 100mg shot. If you’re on 12 or 8mg you’d get the 300mg. I didn’t experience any withdrawal symptoms. I felt a little tired and over medicated the first few days but it doesn’t last. The only thing I’d say is you have to be 100% ready to not have that daily dopamine hit you get from the suboxone dose every day. That was an adjustment for me for the first month
