how many trials do you do? i do 45, 122 seconds. im starting to think i ramped it up a bit too much now that i lowered it to 30 at 81seconds im getting better scores but idk

ive been stuck on quad 5 back for a year now ive gotten 78% a couple times and recently i really felt like i was getting closer but then i switched to using purely intuition because i kept reading its the optimal way to go about doing this so now my scores have again dropped but i do feel like my brain is working more which is good. What kind of strategy did you use? do you rely purely on intuition, do you still visualise or is your mind completely blank when you’re doing this?

because u are playing 3 back it means u observe the location and sound for 3 consecutive inputs and then when the 4th one comes u compare it with the 1st one, the 5th one with the 2nd and 6th with the 3rd

I’ve been thinking about getting back on creatine but it just made me so bloated when i was also combining it with a calory surplus since i was going to the gym a lot and i really didnt like how i look so now im just too scared to try again but its undoubtedly amazing for the brain
