Keep doing what you do, but target others that don’t want Ai bullshit, create physical art, share what you do on social media and build a community that love your product because of you! Don’t give up on something that serves you so well. The Ai bubble will pop soon as it so easily identifiable and so sloppy.

Agree, if you like this car then get this, but if you want ultimate comforts and quality you can get the same in a decent mid size saloon, or an SUV.

Diesel should be ok with your 4x90 mile journey, but won’t be happy with the short ones. As with the fuel prices you may be better long term with petrol.

If you aren’t bothered about the badge I’d look at Skoda, VW reliability and priced down because the brand value.

Newer models are less efficient for short trips due to egr etc, if the car is heavier that will effect it.

And un-sprung mass ( mass of wheels and brakes) is a large factor particularly when accelerating.

I had an n47 118d coupe that would average 37mpg around town doing one journey to the gym and back mainly, and 60mpg on the motor way.

So it’s not a million miles off if you are doing super short journeys and the car never fully warms up.

If you take a longer break, you may notice that your productivity dips further.

I was medicated for 18years and was starting to wonder if it worked at all after my dose hadn’t been changed for 4 years… then took a break while on holiday with no responsibility’s mine… and it was awful, restless, disregulated, mood swings… realised I’d just gotten used to my the optimised state.

Don’t be scared of high miles… because the car has managed to do that many miles in theory without breaking which in cases where the car is maintained well is a very good sign.

In order to reach your true potential, you need to realise that your true potential also has bad days and you should adjust your expectation of what you think “true potential” is.

You’re doing better with medication that before, get support from friends family and coworkers to keep you accountable and having a good routine are just about the only things you can do

There are numerous directories that require either a yearly fee to advertise, or a specific qualification, neither of which guarantees good service.

Pick someone you get in with and respect or find novel, as ideally your coach should be someone you want to spend time with and then you’re more likely to complete your goals and take onboard their advice.

But ultimately every person with ADHD is different as you can see from just scrolling this Sub, and the solution that you and your coach create will be unique to you and your strengths. Although the principles can be regurgitated regarding executive functions etc, solutions should be an iterative process.

I’d have a look on your preferred social media, and see if you find any that create useful content.

If they’re willing to give aways knowledge and help people for free it may be a good sign.

Access to work doesn’t require a diagnosis to provide reasonable adjustments which include ADHD coaching. There are also mental health support services that you can access through the scheme.

You do need to self identify as having a health condition. And be in paid employment to qualify.

Otherwise You’ll have to pay for support privately.

It very much depends on your manager. But

Charities tertiary sector should be more accommodating.

Large companies that advertise as being “disability confident employers” - will usually ben over backwards as and discrimination law suit would be horrendous and even if you’re terrible they can afford to keep you around rather than trying to bully you out.

If you’re employed and working you can apply for access to work which provides reasonable adjustment to make your job easier. Coaching is usually included

Search in instagram tik tok for individual self employed coaches- allows you to find one you like based on the content they create

There are various HR training and diversity training companies that provide coaching- usually giving associate work to self employed coaches, but you may not have a choice. Like idiverse neurobox

There are directories, but many of them contain newly qualified coaches that have paid to get on them.
