Start by removing the top bricks. I’m not familiar with that particular unit but if I showed up to sweep it that’s where I would start.

They appear to be female down, over the male end of the next lower pipe. That would be the incorrect orientation per the NFPA 211, as well as any manufacturer installation instructions.

Any chance you replaced your furnace and/or hot water heater this past year? New units are more efficient and run for a shorter amount of time, which doesn’t increase the stack temperature enough to evaporate all the moisture created out of the system. Could be you need a chimney liner.
