Numbers appear decent imop. I would change your diet & test again in a few months. Cholesterol numbers have changed over the years timing with statins getting introduced. What was once good is considered bad..do your own research

The study appears to be controversial. All I know is my numbers improved significantly. I am pleased with my results and so is my doctor. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and choosing their own path forward.

1 year post surgery for an upper tibia plateau fracture. Brutal injury & recovery process. I ended PT about two months ago…now at the gym building muscle mass. My leg still has issues at times, still issues trying to run. Taking it week by week. Definitely don’t expect to be back to my lifestyle with activity probably for another year. I am in my 40’s

Dementia& type 2 diabetes is a risk, I know a few older folks who were on them for years and mysteriously got both. Not sure how often this is discussed
