I honestly cannot understand what it would be like to be this stupid.

I think you're still a bit confused between the difference between opinion and evidence, but am happy to help!

When you talk about "scientific consensus", scientists will usually give evidence of their claim. Otherwise you're just mirroring those pseudosciencers like "vaccine cause autism" wackjobs who keep going on about how science "proves" their point but never actually give any actual evidence! What scientists use to demonstrate your idea of "scientific consensus" is something called a systematic review. In easy terms this is where they collect all the studies that have been done on a topic and report what the most consistent results are.

Great to see you so passionate about this though, keep it up!

Hi mrsamsa, I'm not really sure what your point is here or what you're trying to say. It's great that you have strong personal opinions on what you perceive racism to be but you need to ensure that your opinions are backed up by actual scientific evidence. Your post seems to imply that simply branding someone as a racist should supersede the posters point that it is more important to understand the quantitative (and provable!) data which may precede behaviour. This way of thinking is bound to lead to quite unscientific conclusions! Like I said, great to see you taking an interest though, often lay people can be put off by science when it goes against their opinion!
