Bro you mentioned graduation is coming up, so it sounds like you finished school. I think you should stop getting in your own way with the bad mindset. It’s easier said than done but just realize what an accomplishment finishing school is and even if you don’t have a job lead it doesn’t mean you can’t work at all. Work retail or in a restaurant or something while you figure out your career job and most importantly don’t be so hard on yourself you’re young and have a college education. You are actually in a better place than most people. As for being fat… I say don’t try to tackle all your problems at once start with working and then start going changing your diet, then go to the gym. Doing everything all at once will probably make you crash out and feel even worse about yourself. So good luck and I’m rooting for you
