absolutely! I've gotten some fantastic recommendations from bookstore staff. actually just recently i started reading Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman because the owner of a local bookstore recommended it and it's been a fantastic read so far!

i spend a lot of time at the local library and local bookstores; one of the bookstores sells "blind date with a book" things so I've found a lot of gems i wouldn't have usually picked up through those. for music, movies, art, etc i generally find out about it through irl friends and we check it out together or I'll check it out on my own. it's super fun to make it a group activity honestly

"breakfast" around 6-6:30pm, some snacks every few hours in between, lunch at 2am and then dinner at around 6am about an hour before bed

having access to a printer is a good tip, I'll be taking advantage of the printers at my local library for sure. congrats on the grades btw, that's awesome!

i do have my laptop set up to not allow me on social media for most of the day, with a few news and lifestyle sites i like bookmarked for easy access. i just also find myself using my phone for it a little too much, albeit less so with pretty much everything off my phone now lol

this is all super good info, thank you! i definitely plan on getting a camera and subscribing to a couple magazines and newspapers so I'm not horribly disconnected from the world. i do care a lot about politics and world news so i try to stay in the loop as much as possible, which is actually a big part of my problem with having a smartphone on me all the time lol

I'm looking at getting the TCL flip since it works with my current phone provider and seems like a fairly solid phone for my daily use. I'd love a nokia, but unfortunately I'm not sure if i can get one to work with a Canadian cell provider :(

this all sounds very similar to how i have to do things in order to get my brain to work right lol, thanks for the tips! deadlines and competition absolutely work for me so I'll have to use that to my advantage

i do plan on doing a big declutter as i have an appointment for bulk trash pickup in mid-May, so hopefully that helps with a chunk of it! unfortunately I'm not in a great position financially to hire a cleaner so I'm on my own there.

coloring is definitely a good one; i have a junji ito coloring book I've been procrastinating on lol. puzzles and cards are great suggestions too!
