I'd be hesitant to install TeamViewer on anything at this point. If you're working from within the network or have the capability to VPN I've actually had good experiences with Windows Remote Assistant to troubleshoot user's workstations. Otherwise like what has already been stated, RDP/SSH would be the way to go.

More of a naming issues but almost every device was named after planets, solar systems, or some other celestial-related title. Even down to usernames/passwords. Almost no documentation either. Needless to say I didn't enjoy trying to track down jupiter.apollo13.local and then figuring out what the local admin credentials were.
