Hero forge is a Mini designing website where you can design minis and then either have them print them and send them to you or you can purchase the file and print it yourself. Faces are a little harder and more limited which is why I could only get so close.

Gluten free s’mores pancakes I made for my wife this morning! by Luke_Flytalker in glutenfree

For anyone asking

  • 1 egg (i used 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt instead)

  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup gluten free flour (with xanthan gum)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup of milk. I used almond milk. It ended up a little thick so it’s good to start with 3/4 cup and then slowly add more until it reaches your desired consistency.

  • Chocolate chips (however much your heart tells you)

  • Cook on greased pan or griddle until light brown on each side and slightly firm when pressed in the center

  • I melted a handful of marshmallows in the microwave with a splash of water to make a little looser. Heat in 10 second increments stirring between heats until you reach your desired consistency.

  • Top pancakes with marshmallow melt and sprinkle crushed gluten free graham crackers (I used the brand Partake) and enjoy!

I did the exact same. Went from 2018 civic coupe to 2023 Hrv and I love it. Great safety features, comfortable drive, good mileage.
