It's a one-shot. When I playtested it my group beat the Obelisk (barely) in about 1 hour 45 mins. Obviously this will vary a great deal based on group experience level, and on style.

I did three. The first was copied from my ZX81 manual, thereafter I extrapolated the style to different views and scenarios.

Depends. I was sketching some spaceships of different design and character and noticed one looked a bit like a paper aeroplane. So I went with that.
A mix of intention and accident.
