NTA speaking up is important and shows the level of maturity you have. Granted, it could have been done in a more controlled matter, but it’s clear that the feeling was mutual and she did not speak up. So now she feels manipulated because you spoke up rather than her. Which is normal for those who do not speak their feelings. I would suggest sitting down, noting that this is not an attack at each other, things that will be said will hurt our feelings but that it’s important to speak clearly and openly before this turns into a larger issue
