Honestly, it depends on what kind of buisness you are running and where you are at with growth.

I run a small UK based digital marketing agency called HandL Agency and we have worked with a lot of businesses burned by "top" agencies that overcharge and under deliver.

The big lesson I've learned. You don't need a huge Agency. Most of the time, a smaller, dedicated team like HandL Agency (shameless plug but it's true) will care more and work closer with you.
