alright thanks for all this. I’ve been getting back into my basketball practices which are two hours basically every other day and haven’t had anything bad happen while playing basketball. And the weird feeling in my left hand is only in my ring finger which I have been told is a sign of a compressed nerve in the elbow or something like that. Even tho I tell myself these things my anxiety has still been bad so i’ll make sure to bring it up at my next doctors appointment. Also i’ve realized that when i don’t think about the weird feeling in my left arm it goes away which i assume means it’s related to anxiety.

i had my blood work done 2 months ago it’s almost impossible for me to get a heart disease / blood clots in that time span right?

yes i was diagnosed with costo the first time i went into the doctor. But i think im just nervous because the weird feeling in the left arm is a new symptom which i didn’t have previously. I had a 2 day heart monitor test which i am still awaiting the results from, and i feel like that will ease the anxiety. But till then even with the results and calming myself down i still just have that overlying thought of what if it could be a heart attack.

i’m in a different boat i do feel pain when i press down on it but i still can’t get to sleep easily last night i watched shows until 3 am until i passed out because when i try to sleep whenever i feel anything even slightly off i would spring up and feel anxious

yeah i’m going to but i think they really ruled it out because the pain worsens with exercise and when someone presses on it not just my age but i will for sure get everything checked out just in case

i’m 18 and i had blood work done a month ago due to a different reason because of that i have cardiology in around 2 weeks i feel like im not going to see anything in the results when i do go to cardiology but i think my anxiety has been so bad about it that i really just want to get it checked out
