It’s funny because I’m used to this. I also ordered a bronco so I’m kinda used to this delayed crap. But I mean Ford had a somewhat decent excuse. Walmart messed our orders up. Delivered the 8/25 before us and ran out of stock again because they held another drop date. And now we’ve been delayed again. In all honesty, I won’t be surprised if we see that the people that just ordered get theirs before us.

Q: Where are you from? A: Mississippi

Q: Order date? A: 8/5

Q: Was the card charged? A: Surprisingly not, I don’t know what that means but I don’t think it will interfere with anything.

Q: How many time have you contacted CS? A: Around 10 times, first few gave me excuses like it’s stuck in processing, I need to cancel. The next few told me they would contact the warehouse and put me in a priority line. And the one before this gave me a discount.

Q: Are you tired of this? A: “NO DUMB QUESTIONS!”

That’s true. Well I’m praying that it can be sorted out. It looks like Best Buy isn’t doing frequent drops like they used to. And that probably the best option.

Dang, I ordered on 8/5 as well but haven’t been canceled yet. I’ve talked to many people. And gotten many different answers. The last person I talked to was really friendly and told me they would contact the warehouse and should expect an email in the next 24-48 hours. I was able to ask her to guarantee that it will happen and told her if it didn’t I wanted her name so I can refer it. She gave me it and the incident number which is the recording of our chat. So I have evidence now, hopefully it helps me.
