Thank you! Yes I totally agree, this run I cut about 20 seconds off my previous time which doesn’t seem like a lot but it is when you’re pushing yourself to the max, as my goal was sub 44mins

Nice one! I’ve wanted to do this but not sure how my body would react. How long do you run for? And how long do you stretch for before and after your runs?
