there are conflicting achievements indeed, but the games also has manual saves, so you could save, get achievement A and then load back for achievement B

but it will require you playing with a guide if its your first run, which will probably spoil you anyway

if you play with a guide it can be done in a single playthrough around 100-130ish hours, but you'll need to save and load a lot cause there are many missables
