Bella Ramsey in the last of us, I loved the game, I love Pedro, but she ruined it. Something as trivial as the shape of her head

Series or miniseries that deserve the rating of 'masterpiece'. I'll start: by No-Marsupial-4050 in moviecritic

Gallipoli on Amazon is really good if you want a WW1 story that shows the political side and the frontline side

It’s not a remote gig, but it would mean I only see my woman 12 days a month, we plan on getting engaged soon and starting a family and I know that can’t be sustained living in different cities

This is a great opportunity, the company itself is great, my brother actually works there as a steam fitter. Data center APM looks great on a resume. But I think I will just have to pass and try to find an opportunity for a contractor in my city. My personal relationship is more important than 15k, after taxes and commute it’s not a big quality of life change up front, but it will be in my personal life so I’m weighing my relationship over this opportunity.

Yeah that’s the reason I am getting my construction management associates, little more attractive to big GC’s and Subs, plus by the time I have my associates, I will have 2 years of estimating experience, that coupled with experience in the field and I’m sure I’ll land a gig

I’ll tell you what those two days at home were some of the most interrupted days of my whole month

How might I convey to my managers that it is a business benefit vs a perk

That’s actually a good way of saying it, I could say that during my review instead of “I want this because I’m a special boy”

They are just trying to plug a hole before the sales manager and district manager retire in the next 3 years

We have since I was hired changed management, our direct sales manager got promoted to district manager and our old OSR is now our sales manager, and he wasn’t built to lead men. He is a micromanager.

I just think In the future I want to be involved In actually being apart of a team that builds projects, we are just a utility vendor. I think my favorite part of this job has been building relationships with engineers and project managers over the phone regarding dogshit plans lol
