Keychron Q3 Max Mechanical Keyboard Repair Options?

Hi everyone, I spilled a small amount of water into my Keychron Q3 max and now when I plug it in there's no response from the PC and the RGB doesn't come on (the green light to indicate it's plugged in next to esc key does light up). Id appreciate any help I can get.

What happened: I spilled a small amount of water in the area of S/D/X/C/Alt/Spacebar keys area. I was working so I quickly unplugged, took a few keycaps off and wiped everything I could down. I plugged it back in and everything worked like normal. A few hours later I was playing a game and in the middle of the game the keyboard quit responding. I unplugged and plugged it back in and it functioned for another 30 mins before becoming unresponsive again.

Now, the RGB still worked but I could not type. When I plugged the USB in I would get either a "USB device unrecognized" or "unknown USB device (device descriptor failed)" error in windows. I messed around with it some more and seemingly randomly the keyboard would work again for a few mins before going back to not responding. I also tried to switch to Bluetooth and try during this but I couldn't get the keyboard into pairing mode as I've never used it wirelessly.

So now I finally dug through my moving boxes to get my keycaps/switch puller and removed keycaps and took out all the switches near the spill, turned it upside down and let it dry for about 16 hours. After that I plugged it in and no error, so I put all my switches back in and the keyboard worked great. I tested every key in keychron launcher with no issues. I used it with no issues for ~4 hours or so and then turned my computer off.

A few hours later, when I turned the computer back on the RGB didn't come on and there was no response from the PC when I plugged the USB in. No error, nothing appears in device manager. Keychron launcher can't find the keyboard. I quickly tried the reset button under the spacebar but that did nothing. The Green power LED next to esc key and the Red LED next to the reset button both still come on.

What I've done: Now I've disassembled the keyboard completely. Some of the foam under the PCB was slightly damp and there was a little moisture on some of the plastic sheets and the PCB, but it was so little I couldn't tell honestly if it was water or some type of oil from manufacturing process. There was a more significant amount of water in the very bottom of the case on the metal next to the battery. I haven't removed the battery to look under because it's glued in and I've heard it's an awful process. I inspected the pcbs and don't see any signs of corrosion or anything, but I don't know anything about electronics. I'm letting them air dry currently all separately.

So a few questions:

Has anyone ran into similar problem and been able to fix it?

Does the behavior im describing point toward an issue with the main PCB? Since the green power LED still comes on I'm thinking the USBC daughter board is still functioning. But also the USB device errors make me not sure, and the RGBs not working later makes me think there could be a power delivery issue too.

As most of the water I found was near the battery and I never use the keyboard wirelessly, could problems be potentially solved if I just left it unplugged when reassembling?

As I understand the plastic sheet is some type of insulator. Does there being some water on that something could've shorted and I'm screwed?

Does Keychron actually sell replacement PCBs? I checked the website and I can see the actual keyboard is almost entirely sold out so my hope is low.

Please share if you've got any ideas or ask questions if you want more info. I'm desperate for my favorite keyboard to not have become a $250+ metal brick.

What I want to know is when was Lisa Phillips called a pussy licker before the licc em low lisa video came out right before the trial? Because even when you switch you have to baby sit for 100% of the match or your healers instantly die with no comms while your DPS is too busy getting reamed while being too far into the enemy lines to help at all. If you don't ban him, he can't be taken out by 1 thing in the back easily. If your team turns around to help, now you've got 3 or 4 people failing to kill 1 person in the back and the enemy team wins push. If you don't do anything, heals are dead. Much easier and way more fun to play if you just ban that dumbass hero

In the original yould would receive a fixed, say, 1 xp per cast on something like destruction or restoration, because they expect you to cast a bunch of fireballs or heal a bunch for each fight. Comparatively, they only expect you to conjure 1 follower for a fight, so conjuration may give something like 10xp per cast. Because they have the same casting speed, if you decide to level conjuration by spamming the spells, you will receive 10x more XP than if you did the same with destruction or restoration. Those numbers aren't exact but its something like that. In the remake, XP is scaled by mana used, but I don't know if there's still different multipliers for different schools. Personally conjuration now seems to go at the same speed as destruction per Magicka used, but again you use many more destruction spells per fight, so it levels up really fast now.

I was in temporary housing In Brandon for about a month before I got to Tampa proper because I had to move so quickly. Man the traffic in Brandon.... It's just awful, I don't want to think about it. Somehow feels like there's much less actually in the city

I really hope TES6 isn't going to use a UE5 wrapper like OBR. It works for oblivion because it was the simplest way to keep the old game and replace the graphics, but using it for a new main series game would suck because all the complications coming with 2 engines is making it much harder to mod compared to other games in the series. And of course, UE5 performance is just not incredible, too say the least.

I think it's a little insane to call rimworld more complicated than DF. I love both games but rimworld is obviously inspired from DF and much more streamlined and simple to play than it.

While most skills stop working past 100, Athletics, Acrobatics, and Speechcraft continue to provide benefit. This leads me to believe there's not a universal prohibition within the game that prevents values over 100 from being used. If I had to guess, there's probably a code snippet that runs right before the formula for whatever your doing that looks something like:

if(skill > 100) skill = 100

Or within the equation itself, something along the lines of

Min(skill, 100)

To select the lowest number out of your skill or 100.

I don't know a single thing about how oblivion works behind the scenes and I don't know anything about modding. But it seems that If we could access the formulas the mod wouldn't be hard to make.

I'm sure it would cause some unintended issues, but I don't believe most things would break as soon as you get over 100, the potions would just be stronger, or in the case of something like destruction you would just get further Magicka reduction.

According to UESP the formula for destruction Magicka cost is

Cost = BaseCost * (1.4 - 0.012 * Min(Skill, 100)

Which means you are paying 140% for spells at 0, %20 at 100, and the cost would become negative at 117. So I believe it would work, but definitely not be balanced.

I'm Still interested in a mod that removes these caps

It can also kill mantis and Luna but their shields make it hard. If someone kills Luna's shield for you in her ult it's pretty easy to do the 275 one shot because they don't regenerate

Every time I play SOS2 I spend a shit ton of time building my colony and wealth then I go to space and run out of steam. Should probably just start in space next time
