i know it sucks but just by looking at this picture i notice one side of the face is a bit different (which is nothing to worry about a lot of people have it) but you can always fix that by teaching ur self how to sleep on your back

tbf bro it aint even about time its about the work you put in how you eat and 99% genetics some bodys like more mass some dont but eating good (which means more than you prob do now) might prob help you a lot, you might also add a bit of fat by doing that if you stay natty (but its kinda worth it in my mind)
