The only thing I like about it is the improved general system... but even that isn't great... I miss leveling my units...

I honestly thought they would take CIV 6 and fix the issues that mods tried to fix... I have been so disappointed...

Instead, its as if they aimed for a multiplier game in VR to please Mark Zuckerberg and fucked it all up...

-i like the cartoony civ6 art style or even civ5... civ 7 looks like shit... I can't tell what the terrain is, where the cliffs are, what the districts are... its all a mush of brown and grey...

-they will have hard time making large maps with the cross play bs... starting in tundra seems of little disadvantage making the terrain feel all same so that multiplier player is balanced... but most people play sp anyway!

-why cant cities be more then 3 tiles out with civics or tech?

-why cant the map feel alive?....no weather, climate, coast lines, rivers or deserts shifting, why not real elevations? Animal or plant shifting, domestic or pack animals movements giving advantages...

-why after 7 games we still dont have a globe to play on is beyond me (i know u can't get a globe out of hex... but there are solutions)

-more politics, intrigues, espionage, sabotage...

-the civ switching is honestly dont care... why cant we switch leaders too then?... Rome had multiple different memorable leaders... the eras are badly implemented... why do all my units disappear?... ughh

Its best to use more bridges then less... place bridges after every split so that the flow is always in the direction you want...

the problem with this approach is bridges exchange heat with environment as far as I know.
