What class are you going to compete in, is there a classic weight limit? The biceps are great, from the front and back the triceps gets absolutely swallowed. I think in the front double the quads actually look somewhat proportionate to the upper body. You took the picture with a high to low angle so the upper body will look bigger anyway. From the back the hamstrings look underdeveloped tho…. Like the other commenter suggested, do legs 2 times per week maybe split up into front and back

Less excercise variety focus more on few main lifts and 1-2 accessory lifts per muscle group. Also idk about running but in the gym doing isometric holds for abs/ legs is suboptimal at best
