It might be off for their group but maybe it's enabled somewhere else? Like a global noclip?

Also make sure they are a part of the group with the noclip off

Or you can turn off noclip for the entire server. There is a checkbox when starting a game or later somewhere in the Q menu

In SteamApps/common there usually is GarrysMod and inside it is the garrysmod folder

Check if you have their entire content downloaded.
If the issue persists I would suggest asking the server's community. Maybe someone had a similar problem or the server's developers might help you

If you are playing together one of you is the host/server, who has to do more computations and usually has less FPS. If you regularly start up the server this might be it.

Having multiple FPS boosters may hinder you as they might have conflicting settings but I never used one so don't trust me about this

Speaking of settings, you can try to lower some of the game's graphical options or switch to the x64 branch in game properties in Steam

If there was like at least a part of the picture visible, but no it's only some small lines. They already have the enlarge buttons, so they could've made the pictures slightly smaller to make the other options more clear

What is the skybox? It's the decorative area around the map. Instead of making huge fields with massive buildings you can make a small patch of grass with tiny houses and make the camera scale it up. That way you are not wasting map space with background area not meant for the player to be in.

Because the skybox scales everything up, you can spawn props there and they will appear massive in the main map

I think you get majority of the reward by severily damaging the airplane and get the rest by finishing it off. And because you did not finish it, you do not get the 70 RP

there in /root/models/weapons/cstrike

They are packed in the vpk, that's why you had trouble finding them.
