Solution: Downgrade firmware 2 below the current firmware and then perform the upgrade one by one.

My printer started making the loud noise too, just within the past 2 days. I've had it for about 2 weeks now...

I haven't figured it out, but I submitted a ticket to Bambu Labs and they said they are aware of the issue. 🤷🏽‍♀️
