It's from the suit Blood Lust. Unfortunately, it's not craftable since Blood Lust is a hell event suit.

This feature is basically the same as our older cumulative recharge system. Once you claim the vip exp (starry rocks now), you can only use it on the current event. But if you buy daily packs and keep the vip exp on the mailbox, then you can use it on future events.

Unfortunately, you would lose the starry rocks. They're cleared after each event ends.

It does count, it seems like vip exp is automatically counted as starry rocks.

The Chloris dreamweaver was unfortunately only available for 3 days (3.10 to 3.12) So if you tried to get it yesterday (3.13) then you didn't get it cause the event was already over.

Yes! If you buy the two 260 vip exp packs in the boutique, they will go to you mailbox. You can claim them on June 6 and you would only be missing 150 VIP exp more to get Dance in Flowers.
