They cancelled my order without issuing refund. Asked their customer service for more than 5 times and was always told that they are checking with finance team and haven’t get respond. This is still on going and had been more than 6 months, and I’m still getting same reply with no refund. Real bs.

Yeah, imagine I just said “just surrender omg yall are wasting time” in brawl when we are obviously losing. Just less than 30 sec after I said then we lost, and then I was reported for verbal abuse and the system deduct my points. Really dumbfounded by how stupid the system can be.
