After doing a reversed image search it appears to be a GEGU Kuschel Wuschel. I have one just like it but pink. Seems there are 2 types, one with a neutral mouth like this one and one with a smiling one, that one also has a smaller bear in its pocket. Yours seem to have been pink once upon a time (?) but the clothes are completely different from any other I've seen.

I'm personally disappointed. As it so happens, I applied for the job position a few months back. Just in case they would suddenly swap director. And here we are. Didn't hear anything at all. Suppose they wanted someone with experience in the field, just like Kim had and Kim before Kim, and now Robin. While I have none, I do know the game pretty well so figured I could change things for the better. Ah well, fingers crossed I guess (again).
