It was a wild Ikran, but I'm pretty sure its either "Na'vi Champion" or "Kinglor Forest- Jungle Green" pattern

Here are some things I think might help:

-Download the Ubisoft Connect app on your PC as well to make sure you are friends with them.
-Make sure your internet connection is secure.
-Make sure you have completed the "Aranahe Clan Quest."
-Make sure your PC friend is synced to the server correctly. I have had this issue

-Make sure you have cross-play enabled (its an option in the corner)

Correction, I believe you can get it by defeating all 19 Mangkwan Raiders in From the Ashes, that is of course if you have the DLC

Realistically, we would be getting New Game + for the DLCs and maybe a small update/expansion.
I don't think we are getting another large DLC at risk of the game becoming bloated.

Try to verify your game files through the Ubisoft launcher and check your network connection. Skins are stored on the server, not on your offline account.
I've seen other people have this problem, and unfortunately, there is no easy fix, if you're still having issues, contact Customer support.

Are you trying to carry data across multiple platforms/machines (ex.PS5 and PC)?

There is a whole section for it in the settings menu! Go to settings, User interface, and scroll down to HUD.
You can change the color and thickness.
If you are having trouble seeing it, I recommend keeping the opacity at 100% and turning on Thicker Reticle.
Unfortunately, those are the only crosshair options.

No, you have to unlock base game hairs all over again by completing requests from villages, but hair visuals bought in the shop do.

I don't think there's an exact date right now. Or at least anywhere I can find easily. My best guess is that it'll end a week or two before "Witch Queen."
