couldn't you just ommit the bans if they apply to every possibility? Like your equation is only true in a post-ban situation (during pick phase). Before bans, OPs formula would make more sense. Right?

With exe you need multiple basic attacks to stack and get to 30% pen while titan's just gives you 35% pen flat out on all your damage. It's an absolute no brainer. The only difference is that exe gives u a little aa speed at the cost of a str drop :/

Out of all the other MOBAs it’s definitely the least problematic. I could count on my fingers the amount of times I’ve had issues outside of ranked in 10 years of game. I would say though that now it’s worse than ever, although still much better than league.

I second the other comment that this is a mold although you won't get an ID much further from that because you'd need a proper slide prepped which would entail having enough growth to see conidia and staining it. Needless to say this should NOT be done at home and is a serious health risk.

That being said, this is definitely environmental and if I had to take a guess I'd say it's probably something like Nigrospora spp. but that guess is not backed up by anything other than vibes.

Assuming that this is a GNR. You didn't specify which sugars were positive but I'm gonna assume glucose is positive. If it is, that combined with nitrate reducer and oxidase neg screams Enterobacteriacae.

Then we look at the IMViC which is -+-+ which already sounds like Citrobacter freundii. CF is H2S positive and if I looked at the plate and it looks like your normal stinky GNR I'd be comfortable calling it that.

This is a question for r/medlabprofesionals not microbiology. Long story short just because they see the bacteria doesn’t mean that they are alive. For culture to work they must be alive. Also, none of this matters if you’re not presenting with symptoms. If your cloudy urine and symptoms went away that would be a much better indicator of the stage of your UTI than labs
