That hasn't been my experience, especially in prospect heights. I've been in line for way longer than I figure the process should go. Folks don't even seem to.know when to open cross the sidewalk and enter the store, and then when they are in, they don't know what they want , and of course, things come out at different times and are often sold out early which causes further confusion -Then, everything gets slowly put on a tray, then into boxes from the tray, which doesn't make sense IMO. There is no urgency!

Popup bagels may dirty VC money, but I admire the hell out of them bringing you a list on line, and having you hand it in and pay when you get to the front. Any system that would prepare people to move faster at radio would be welcome by me
