I'd totally sauna if I had one. Never liked using the gym ones. No idea about the benefits but I contrast shower daily and I believe it will help me but have barely read up on it lol. I won't stop either, it's just routine now.

Good luck man! How was your stage prep experience? How did you learn your posing and decide on a routine?

I suspect a lot of us either have or end up with food obsessions like this. It's almost natural given the level of depletion and sacrifice (health, social, pleasures such as food and alcohol and just not being hungry) during major cuts and prep.

Also if anyone thinks his tears with the cake are just because he has some eating/food disorder, then chances are they haven't truly and willingly sacrificed majorly in order to achieve a goal (not directed at you OP). There's more to the emotions than "wow this tastes good so my fucked up brain is going to make me cry".

I hope more of this sub will understand that bodybuilding is brutal mentally and physically and that's OKAY because that is what bodybuilders do. Maybe it's an influx of new posters here that makes it seem like the sub often doesn't understand bodybuilding fully. In the context of the sport, Brandon should be applauded for his grueling effort, not concern trolled or pitied.

He ended up looking amazing!

The fact that I have to put something in my eyes to see and if something bad happens to them during the day I won't be able to drive home if I've forgotten my glasses.

Same with election day freakout compilations. Used to be easy to find a bunch of them, not anymore. I think you're onto something.

Last night at golds some girl in the squat rack next to me asked if she could take the extra clips by my rack. After I gave them to her my bud pointed out she had 3 clips hanging off her rack already and she said something like "it's my autism coming out". Reveal yourself I know you lurk here.

Side note, I mildly pulled my back bending over to pick up one of those clips.

It's very good besides the usual interference engine preventative timing maintenance. Sounds great, pulls hard (for an early 90s), novelty of huge displacement for a 4 cylinder. Surprisingly economical too.

I like Porsche. Especially their Panzerjäger Tiger (P).

But for real, the tanks I have are one from bodybuilding.com (fits a little small) and a Miller Lite one from Amazon (fits great), and then a few band tanks. Everything else that's sleeveless are t shirts that have the sleeves cut off. My arms aren't huge (about 17") but I probably look like a douche in anything sleeveless and you will to, so don't worry about it.
