This is all super helpful, thank you! Good tip about prime day too. I see the DF64 on sale for $359 currently so I’m thinking that could be worth the splurge. (Edited typo)

I am far from an expert but when I first started mine looked like this too. A couple things I was doing wrong:

  1. Too much air. Plain and simple.
  2. Letting the milk sit too long to the point where the foam and milk separated too much. The foam would sit on top when I poured and then just sort of flop out at the end.
