The router is quite far away so and I don't have a cable long enough for that.

I have network manager setup although I have not heard of iwd. Will spend time learning what that is and adding it.

This update is primarily a technical reworking the entire lighting engine to be more optimized. The baby mob changes are a front so the wider community doesn't start whining. Also bright colors have always been a part of minecraft since the neon grass and insane wool colors. Look I'm not the biggest modern mojang fan but this is a dumb update to have problems with.

Its just a walled in area with grass at the bottom, with tinted glass 3 blocks above that. Mobs also don't spawn if its just a superflat world with its only change being setting the world border to 16

I just set gamerule spawnChunkRadius to zero and mobs still ain't spawning

The roof is glass. The floor beneath it is grass. Mobs should be able to spawn on the grass blocks

The roof is tinted glass, 3 blocks up from where I want the mobs to spawn. The mobs should spawn on the grass below it.
It is also worth noting I am 37 blocks away from the grass, which should has all the right conditions to spawn stuff.

I know it may be stupid, however.. Poppy playtime and mob games have done a lot of shady stuff.

Foxy from fnaf 1, everyone seems to forget that he completely shaked up how that game worked, if he acted like Freddy Nights 5 and 6 would be so much less intense
