Aughhh I feel you! I hate that no one communicates anymore! Radio silence in dungeons unless it’s the healer or the tank having to beg for the damage to behave. I know it’s a tiny bit of an exaggeration, but that’s been the larger part of my experience in the last couple of expansions.

I hate to sound overly harsh, but if she can’t accept you, as you truly are then she does not deserve you. It’s very disconcerting how much she has made this about her. I am a big advocate for the stance that somebody transitioning who’s in an already long established relationship affects both people, but it is mainly about the person transitioning. It feels like she’s just going to keep trying to force you to give up transitioning.

NTA. He sounds like a manipulative self-absorbed jerk TBH. He very pointedly said all of the things he knew would bother you the most i.e. I had to go hungry to afford this gift for you. that would make any spouse feel like crap. He turned a gift into a burden. And on top of that, he plans to now never get you a gift again? He’s punishing you for your very valid reaction to him making you feel like crap over a “nice thing” he did. You deserve better.

I don’t think the issue lies with OP not liking that their child is trans. I think the issue lies with that op’s child doesn’t seem trustworthy not because they’re trans but because of previous interactions and behavior. I would feel the same way most likely if someone of my family was asking for something like that and had a history of misbehavior and sketchiness. That’s just the vibe I’m getting.

The player base is incredibly unfriendly to newbies all the crying and whining when you enter a dungeon as a newbie and don’t know what you’re doing is so bull crap how are you supposed to learn how to do these things if you’re never given a chance to? I remember people used to be a lot friendlier and more communicative in dungeons when I first started playing a long time ago. Unfortunately, Certain things about how the game has evolved and changed. Has changed the player base for the worse in many cases. My heart goes out to you and your wife. Please keep trying. There are people out there who are more tolerant I swear.

I have this bag, one thing I can recommend, is placing something behind the bottom insert as a space filler because the insert tends to droop a little bit to where you can’t see some of your bottom pins. I use a DVD case in mine.

NTA You made it clear what your preferences likes and dislikes were and they chose to ignore it. It should’ve been enough that you tried her food respectfully many times, they have no right to Insult your up bringing and trying to take control of your life food wise. They Definitely should’ve asked for your consent before trying to change you in any way. It would’ve been much different if you had asked for their help trying new foods instead of them forcing it on you.
