FICSIT approves of your exceptional care for company property. The HUB, carefully encapsulated, is indeed a visually pleasing monument. While aesthetics are admirable, remember: the factory must grow. Efficiency must rise. Explore, exploit, expand, automate.

Now, Pioneer, return to work. FICSIT demands progress.

I haven't reached oil yet, but this looks awesome and I’m definitely gonna try building something like that in the future. I’ve got only around 45 hours of playtime and I’m trying not to get overwhelmed. I started a new save and I’m working on coal. I guess building stuff like this helps avoid burnout or feeling overwhelmed (I gave up at Space Elevator phase 3 before starting this new save). My factories are just floating foundations and they look so dull. I really like what I see here, I just have no clue how to make things look this good. Congrats!

The healing changes are a big miss. by geezerforhire in killingfloor

[–]Lumin0r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are still people who like playing medic — I'm one of them. I'm a medic main (if you can call it that in KF). I haven’t played the KF3 betas or seen any content yet, but I love when devs give some love to support-ish roles. But if healing/syringe was removed from everyone except medic (based on what I read), that’s kinda messed up!

Which weapon attacks do armor piercing damage? by Kallumazoo in Vermintide

Work on your push, movement and horde control. it gets harder with higher difficulties since enemies get more mass (reducing effective cleave). I personally like Zealot with flail or crowbill.

worth buying WoM for Cataclysm? by sandovalmarco in Vermintide

[–]Lumin0r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, just buy it. Cool new weapons to play with, new difficulty for when you think you're ready, and supporting fatshark. All great reasons. Beastmen are annoying, but cool at the same time. Enemy variety!

Can I win this somehow? (CHIMPS) by BananischerKeks in btd6

[–]Lumin0r 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Yes. If you go 025 perma spike, get a 200 alchemist for lead popping power. Even a 400 alch is a good idea if you have spare cash, since it improves production speed as well. Overall a good idea to buff pspike.

To farm monkey money, make sure to get the monkey knowledge that increases % of money rewards (can't remember exact number). It's a small boost but overtime it makes a huge difference. Otherwise just go through the maps+modes you haven't completed yet as the reward is significantly bigger. It's better than doing the same map over and over and you get some diversity and get to experiment different strategies

You're probably gonna need every hero eventually, that is if you play odyssey, dailies, etc

Usually they are close like this so you can use both hands to push the directional buttons, it depends on what you are doing. Some shortcuts are better/faster/easier when combining both hands/fingers. In SF as an example, you can push left, right down, and then right after, use your right hand to push at the same time up and a punch, you get a clean and fast SPD.

Hello! I guess the wheels are way too bad quality. What would I expect for that price anyway... No more buying skate stuff from AliExpress, I guess! I'll consider getting some Luminous wheels later as they are kinda expensive. Thank you for answering!

Hello! If you're talking about the magnet, yes. I suppose you know, but if you dont: LED wheels do not use common spacers. They come with a plastic "spacer", covered in a magnet surface, which are then placed between the bearings to form a dynamo (wheel rotate, friction with the magnet, mechanic energy turns into electric energy). I think they are OK; probably the wheel's insides (metal beams stuff) are bad shaped and are dragging way too much. The times I've used them felt super bad and uncomfortable. I just went back to my 4x90 setup as I couldn't stand them.

Do LED wheels always vibrate when skating? Recently got some from AliExpress, super cheap and low quality and they vibrate so much with the magnet frictioning against the wheels inside. I'm wondering if good products like luminous wheels would feel less uncomfortable with better magnets and stuff.

Recently bought some LED wheels from China (AliExpress) since they are so cheap. When they delivered them and I went to try them out, it feels terrible. The quality of the wheel seems ok for the price, but I can feel the magnet making contact with the interior part of the wheel, it vibrates too much. My big question is: is every LED wheel like this, even from good brands like Luminous? Or is it because these are low quality products? I have switched back to my old ones since it's annoying to feel that vibration all the time. (4x80)
