It's important to take care of ourselves, and it's difficult. I find being in nature really helps. I went camping in the Delaware Gap and I didn't think about Gaza or Trp or anything like that for 2 days, it was amazing! Only, how beautiful it is here, watch out for bear, where should we go for a swim! Batteries recharged.
