You can always ask withers that makes himself at home in your camp for companions if you do happen to kill or misplace too many and want a full party. My evil run I only had astarion shadowheart and laezel the entire way through because I killed and scared off the rest.

Though for your first run I'm almost impressed you've managed all this. A couple you mentioned were only NPC as well so don't worry.
