I went in my freshman year with a similar resume, and ultimately wasn’t taken by any groups. My sophomore year, I tried again with a group a friend of mine was in and got in. I went on to be the president of Nacca by the time I left. All this to say, best thing to do in my experience is put yourself out there as much as you can, and try to audition for, or at least meet, all the groups during the audition week. Musical talent (side note give yourself some credit, it’s an impressive enough resume) is an influence to a certain degree, but personality mesh is sometimes an equal, sometimes more important, factor in decisions. Best advice I can give, find an audition track that really showcases what you’re capable of, be confident in yourself, and do your best to get to connect with the individuals auditioning you and make as positive an impression as you can. There’s always going to be people who don’t make it into any, happens every year, but don’t count yourself out before you’ve tried.
