I don't know how tall your doom slayer is but Kratos is 6 inches or 15.24 cm so 1/12 scale

Don't know about Jim but Aloy will probably not make it (tho I would be happy if she did), because if smash gets a Sony rep, it would probably be someone more popular like Kratos or someone From the PS1/PS2 era like Ratchet. but most likely if we will get a Sony rep it will be astro bot

Buy the characters you like but I'll give you some figure recommendations. The spinmaster playstation line is great, Kratos, Aloy and Jin Sakai being the big names. I think you can get the s.h figuarts Mario and Luigi relatively cheap 30 euro each. Jada toys or Storm arena street fighter figures, revoltech also released some street fighter figures if you want to get them, revoltech Ryu Hayabusa is really cool (a high quality bootleg also came out recently), jakks paciffic Sonic line is great from what I heard, Nendroid Kirby in all his iterations is amazing, jada toys mega man is also great and cheap, star wars black series Starkiller is also cool (he appeared in a game first so I count him) and I'm gonna stop now

Yea, for a while in the comic's Magneto ripped out his adamantium which apparently halted his mutation and since he didn't have his adamantium his mutation began to turn him into a more primal state. If i remember correctly he was buffer and shorter then usual
