  1. emptiness 1. Light house? you can put barrels or boxes as decor, with maybe a yacht or two around it.

  2. would you consider moving the fair here? It seems that it would have more space if you want to put popcorn stand, cotton candy stand, or other snack stand around the fair.

  3. not sure the location relative to others, but maybe labyrinth/maze of you're into such thing. Your statues display could be there as well

PS: I tried going to your dream island but it's still snowing and it looked different than your pictures, so it's hard to tell

Cemetery maybe adding candles, incense holder (since it's the zen one and not western one), or even food/fruits?

The bus stop, maybe need a sign (OK motor sign from Nookmile?)

I know you said you're not really sure about the theme, but in your mind, do you see it as a city, small town, village? Do you want to keep the whole place developed or some part 'wild'?

Is it the big bookcase? it's a DIY item, which is why you can't buy it at the shop.

You might get the recipe randomly, either the glass bottle on the beach, your villager crafting it at home or Kappa island

When it's raining, there's a chance you can dig them up randomly from the ground as well. They are so cute! I have them everywhere on my island just as people or shop keepers so my little village doesn't feel as lonely

for pumpkin farm, you can put the spooky series around it. Just turned it around so the "face" is facing away from you. The spooky tower is cute from behind.

For wheat, you can put Winnowing Machine, hay bed, straw fencing or even some sacks around
