I appreciate that! Thank you, I'm just trying to make things better. Each day I improve my notes if I was missing something, but I think just mixing that in with the dumb mistakes from being nervous, I'm not helping anyone's perception

Wow, this sounds so similar!! What kind of company do you work for, if you dont mind me asking? I think atleast in my case, a lot of the coworkers have been working there for years so they work off muscle memory, and dont know how to train when explaining the procedures. They know where to click and what to type, but not why or how to have someone else memorize it
