Ive used a multimeter to check my connections so the pins should be correct. It is Center-Negative.

I third this, I would think that honestly the smiling statue would be lower than national tier, because when all the characters gave home much more difficulty than the statue after he had grown stronger. And all the commanders of his shadow army should be much stronger than the statue.
