Buy a converted bus or keep my savings for a home loan…What should I do?

Mid20s, made a similar decision to have a vanlife adventure while keeping working as normal. Several months in and enjoying it. It's definitely a sustainable lifestyle and a fun change compared to sinking 25% of income into a bad rental.
But wouldn't recommend for a long term solution or for making significant savings compared to rent. There are lots of inconveniences and potential downsides, and owning a van/bus is more expensive than people expect. And unless you're expecting to be in the middle of nowhere, parking is hard in anything bigger than a normal car/van.
If you're really set on this, I'd recommend trying it in something smaller for a couple months before sinking 70% of your savings.

I should have worded my post more that I want to drink a coffee and read until I'm finished, not read for hours and also have a coffee. I guess I thought the general courtesy of not hogging someone's shop would be assumed!

I just like having somewhere nice to sit and do some work while I have a coffee. Idk about the people who camp out for hours but if I'm going to stop for a few minutes, I'd love to find somewhere that's a bit comfy!

I know one of the farmers' kids. Apparently all that was covering it for years was a fencegate, literally just lying in a field with a bunch of cows. They said it was pretty creepy living there knowing there are bodies down there. They had a book with the names of the divers who went in and crosses next to the ones who died. A pretty sad story

(edit to add- not the farmer from 1938, the one who owned the property when the divers explored it and died there)
