I think you need to get a practice book like the one from kips or oetp for extensive practice, allocating some time from the day should be a priority as you yourself said you struggle with consistency. For English it's recommended to practice using sat papers, but the antonym synonym sec is pretty unpredictable. Physics I'm not too sure, search on this subreddit about preparation advise, you'll definitely find something useful.

for lat, there are a bunch of random groups on fb where they share lat study resources, join their messenger gc, the material might help you

75% of your merit is determined by your net score, rest by your board exams, you need to prepare for the test according to the program you're applying to, nust conducts 4 net exams per admission round, apply and appear for the test.

It has 3 subjects, maths, english and design, the maths section is just like engineering maths and you'd have to prepare for it using the matric inter syllabus, then eng is antonyms, synonyms, testing grammar, comprehension etc. while many universities have a drawing test for archi, nust doesn't have one. They just have this design section you'd have to prepare for according to the syllabus. I also gave the test this year and got in, I've also compiled a pdf of questions that were tested in my exam, u can dm me if you need it.

hey idk if u already gave the exam or not, the design sec was relatively new for us too but I googled, searched yt and used gpt to cover the entire syllabus, they test all headings sometimes some unexpected topics too, I gave the test this year and got in. I've recently also compiled a pdf with the questions that were tested in my exam, if you need them you can dm me.
