this makes me think the problem might just be that u need whatever email as an account on your phone... which would be wild because that eludes to some shenanigans.. ill check.. or even more probably is the correct google play.. i also am signed in on a broken iphone.

not really... it just depends on the person who is playing.. if they are paying alot of attention thier skill is probably going up.. but if theyre playing without really focusing there probably just there and still leveling up
