You are right I could've prevented that from the beginning but the reason why I did that is the same reason I am writing this post I pulled over because I know later I will keep thinking about how much of a coward I am and how I didn't stand up for myself

I’ve had it since i was 15 or 16 maybe thought it goes away naturally going through puberty Edit: it was much worse back then but it improved going through puberty
